CIRHU citizen science online - Study #3

Integral yoga
From where we stand together today to where we’re headed tomorrow.

Introduction to the topic:

This citizen science study invites everyone to explore and map how Integral Yoga is actively lived and experienced today, welcoming long-term practitioners who have deeply studied the foundational works of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, as well as newcomers who are just beginning to discover what it means to them.

This research leaves the concept open to your unique interpretation, focusing on how individuals naturally integrate it into their daily lives, relationships, and challenges. By gathering diverse reflections from people at all stages of their journey, the study explores how personal shifts in awareness serve as a living experiment in consciousness. Ultimately, this collective research recognises that in Integral Yoga, each person is exactly where they are at, exploring a deeply personal inner work visible in the consciousness reflected in their own everyday life, actions and relationships.

We warmly invite you to share resources - whether links to videos or research, or suggested readings by an inspiring author. Emailcirhu_citizenscience@auroville.org.in

Outcomes of this Citizen Science Study

We analyse incoming data at the end of each 3-month Living Laboratory Cycle and share the latest insights and evolving outcomes in the Field Journal in Human Unity.

The first outcome will be published in the beginning of October.
